On the first weekend in May, The Rare Ones Crew had the opportunity to attend the largest made-in-america shopping event, Unique LA. This two-day event was held at the penthouse of the California Market Center located in downtown Los Angeles. With over 350 designers and artists shoppers were able to discover an assortment of products including handcrafted jewelry and accessorizes, decedent cookies and cakes, fragrant candles and oils, as well as fun t-shirts, tanks and hoodies.
One of favorite parts of the shopping event was tasting all of the delicious foods for sale. Our friends at Joia were kind enough to provide every shopper with a free soda. That's right FREE!!! Specializing in soy wax based candles, The Awesome Candle offers candles in a variety of fragrances. Our personal favorite was the Blueberry Pumpkin. My absolute favorite time of the year!
